Shipment:

Delivery within the UK is costed at time of order. Please note that some products may incur a higher shipment charge than others, due to weight/size increases. Always refer to the shipment charge displayed on the checkout page before completing orders.

We post orders twice weekly, but if you need an item to be sent quickly then please let us know at the time of ordering and we will try to accomodate your request.

Ordering:

All orders go though the following process :-

Customers add products to your shopping cart, and then click on the "Checkout" button. Please check your order details thoroughly and then if either register your personal details, or log in to your account if previously registered, and click .Process Order. to confirm your order.

You will then be given the choice to pay online with your Credit/Debit card or PayPal account, or by cheque. Please complete your personal details and click .Next Step. to proceed with your order. When confirming your billing details and paying by credit or debit card the address must be is the address your card is registered to.

Received

Once your order is received by Premiere Cells, an automatic email will be sent to you confirming receipt of your order. Premiere Cells will then check the details of your order against stock (if your items are not in stock Premiere Cells will notify you of this via email or phone).

Processed

Stock levels permitting, Premiere Cells will then send you email confirmation that your order is being processed. Payment for goods will then be processed, in the event of an issue with payment Premiere Cells will inform you via email or phone.

Dispatched

Once payment has been successfully processed and payment received, your order will be dispatched.

Returns

You may return or exchange a product within 28 days of the date of delivery. The product you wish to return must be in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging, and we will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods.

Cancellations

You will need to inform Premiere Cells in writing via letter, fax or email that you wish to cancel an order. You will need to include your:

- Contact details (name, address, email address, contact number)
- Order number
- The date that you placed the order
